My mission is to help people evolve into their full potential by equipping them with simple yet effective
healing techniques that create a ripple effect of transformation.
I'm a lifelong learner with a keen interest in all things metaphysical.
I have always been intuitive and connected to spirit.
Something only those closest to me knew about in my teens and early twenties.
"One of the Fae People", Dad would say.
Over the years, I have learned to trust and rely upon the undeniable presence of my guides,
who bring wise counsel and encouragement.
Although they may say it's been a long and hard road guiding one that knows but chooses not to follow on many occasions.
There is always free will.
Dad taught my family meditation and energy healing, techniques he learned while in a Tibetan monastery,
and Mum is a strong woman of faith. Both my parents have fascinating stories.
I love a good story, ideally, one that keeps me guessing until the end.
So, it was perhaps inevitable that I would gravitate towards a career that involves
awareness, imagery, and accessing the unconscious or higher mind.
It wasn't until I turned 30 that I attended my first Reiki class.
That weekend workshop reminded me of my love of energy and the joy I get from witnessing
the interplay and positive effects this vital life force has on people and events.
Since then, I have had many teachers and mentors and now find myself skilled in several
complementary therapies, many of which I incorporate into my practice today.
