Trudy helped me give up chocolate as I was eating it daily. The process was quick and easy. Amazingly it has been four months and counting since I have felt like eating chocolate and I have even said no to it during morning teas!
I have already recommended Trudy to family and friends as well as booked in to work with Trudy on some other areas of my life.
I wanted help to move more, enjoy exercise and be kinder to myself.
I have only had one session so far but I have already found myself getting up in the morning wanting to go for a walk and being kind to myself when I don’t.
